AOD Sanctions

Alcohol and Other Drugs Sanction Progam

Sanctions related to alcohol and other drugs (AOD) violations can be assigned to a Â鶹´«Ã½ through the Office of Housing and Residence Life or the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. If you have been assigned the AOD Sanctions program, follow the instructions below to sign up. 

All messages and communication regarding the sanctions program will come through the health portal, from someone in the Office of Health Promotion and Education.

  • Select the first button that says "Â鶹´«Ã½s, faculty, staff & retirees." 
  • Login with your Bronco NetID and password. Two factor authentication may be required.
  • Enter your date of birth.
  • Once logged in, please make sure all your forms are complete. If your 'Forms' section shows an alert and says you have forms to complete, please complete those first.

Once you are logged into the health portal and have verified all your forms are completed, you can sign up for sanctions.

  • On the left menu, select 'Messages.'
  • At the top of the screen, select 'New Message.'
  • Select 'enroll in my Alcohol & Other Drugs sanctioned education.'
  • Complete all the required fields in the online form.
  • In the 'sanctions level' section, please be sure to select all that apply according to your sanctions outcome letter. For example, if you were assigned the Cannabis module and a One-on-One Education, you would select both. 
  • Electronically sign, and click 'Send.' Please allow 2 business days for a response. To see the response you will need to log back into the and navigate to your messages.
