Happy Holidays! WMU Student Financial Aid and Bronco Express will be unavailable for the University’s holiday recess Monday, Dec. 23, 2024 through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. Services will reopen at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.
During this time, emails to Financial Aid will not be processed. Your email will be considered received as of Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025 and will be processed within 7-10 business days. You may check the status of your account any time using . Financial Aid for the spring semester should begin to pay out to WMU Â鶹´«Ã½ accounts after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025 assuming all requirements are met.
Electronic refunds should begin to disburse beginning Monday, Jan. 6, 2024. Refund checks will be mailed beginning Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2024.
