Residence Hall Meal Plans

Students living in residence halls (Valleys, Western Heights and Henry) are required to have a meal plan unless their Housing contract is for a room in Britton/Hadley (Valley 1). Students choose their meal plan when they select their room in the , which is typically in June for incoming Â鶹´«Ã½s. Please review the Residence Hall and Dining Services contract before signing up for Housing.

Residence Hall Meal Plans

Residence hall Â鶹´«Ã½s may change meal plans once per semester at the beginning of the semester or session at the following times:

Fall 2024: Thursday, August 1 - Friday, September 27 at 5 p.m.

Spring 2025: Monday, December 2, 2024 - Friday, January 31, 2025 at 5 p.m.

Summer I 2025: Monday April 28 - Monday, May 19 at 5 p.m.

Summer II 2025: Wednesday, June 18 - Thursday, July 10 at 5 p.m.

To change your meal plan, go to GoWMU and under the My Self Service section on the left, choose the link "Residence Life Housing." For further instructions, visit Choosing Your Room.

  1. Dining centers are dine-in, all-you-care-to-eat locations. Removing food from the dining center in carryout containers, dishes or wrapped in other material is prohibited. 
  2. DASH Grab'n Go, Late-Night Carryout, and Meal Exchange at select Campus Cafes may be used once per meal period using a meal plan swipe. Meal periods include: Breakfast: 8 - 11 a.m.; Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.; Snack: 2 - 5 p.m.; Dinner: 5 - 8 p.m.; Late-Night: 8 - 11 p.m.
  3. Anyone entering the dining center must pay the door rate, use a meal ticket, or use a meal swipe/MorphoWave to enter. 
  4. Meal swipes from Meal Plans or Meal Bundles may not be shared with others. Your Bronco Card will be confiscated, and a misuse fee will be charged if your meal swipes are used for another person’s meal.
  5. Guests may accompany a meal plan holder into a dining center by using a Guest Pass, or paying at the door using Dining Dollars, cash or credit. 
  6. Food from another location is not allowed to be brought into the dining center.
  7. Return uneaten food, used dishes and utensils, and any other waste from your meal to the Dish Return. 
  8. Service Animals are the only type of animal allowed in the Dining Center. Please ensure that your Animal is taken care of before entering; you may not give any beverages, food, containers or utensils from the Dining Center for your Service Animal to use or consume.
