Scholarships and Financial Aid
For many years, we have received federal and other grants to provide Â鶹´«Ã½ financial support. A number of scholarships and graduate assistantships are also available through other sources. Some type of financial support is available at most times to Â鶹´«Ã½s. However, specific levels of support vary depending on grant cycles and other factors.
Most financial support requires Â鶹´«Ã½s to work in the field of vision rehabilitation for two years for every year that support is provided. A limited number of graduate assistantships are available. These assistantships provide financial assistance to Â鶹´«Ã½s who work 10 to 20 hours a week for the department.
