Climbing Wall
The Climbing Wall is free for all SRC members!
In addition to offering an anaerobic and aerobic workout, rock climbing exercises almost every muscle group. Rock climbing two or more times a week improves your strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and mental toughness.
All participants MUST sign off on the waiver with the climbing wall staff.

Do you have a child interested in experiencing wall climbing? Join the Student Recreation Center for a fun-filled camp focusing on wall climbing.
