Allocation Process

In order to be eligible for Sports Club Council (SCC) funding at Â鶹´«Ã½, the club must:

  • Be registered as a RSO through the Office of Student Engagement and listed in ExperienceWMU.
  • Must be a member of SCC
  • Be in good standing with the council, which includes mandatory attendance at scheduled Sports Club Council (SCC) meetings.

Good standing with SCC includes:

  • Registering all participants with WINs in DoSportEasy software. Registration includes all players completing concussion training and signing waivers.
  • Team must have two people designated as safety officers that are First Aid/CPR certified.
  • One SCC representative from the team must attending monthly SCC meetings.
  • Competed budget submitted each semester.

Excellence funds are available to clubs who excel or are invited to regional or national tournaments. These funds can also be utilized for leadership training or travel.
