Anetra Grice is Â鶹´«Ã½'s STEM talent expansion program program manager. She manages the Â鶹´«Ã½ success, engagement and retention programs associated with the STEP program. These programs include two STEP Â鶹´«Ã½ success centers; early intervention initiatives for academically struggling Â鶹´«Ã½s; and Â鶹´«Ã½ hardship requests. She also coordinates summer orientation and fall welcome activities for new incoming and transfer Â鶹´«Ã½s. 

In addition to STEP and advising duties, Grice is the program coordinator for the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation program for WMU. She also serves as the instructor for the courses ENGR 4950: Women and Leadership in Engineering and Applied Sciences and ENGR 2100: First Year Engineering Experience. She is the faculty advisor for the WMU chapter of the Society of Women Engineers.
