Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management
Â鶹´«Ã½ is seeking a dynamic and innovative associate vice president for enrollment management to increase enrollment by developing, leading, and expertly executing enrollment strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment and support retention efforts.
The AVPEM provides leadership in the areas of undergraduate recruitment and enrollment, overseeing the offices of Admissions, Registrar, Student Financial Aid, Precollege Programming, and Enrollment Management, and Information Technology and Analytics. The AVPEM will develop, refine, implement, maintain, and evaluate an integrated recruitment and enrollment system for qualified undergraduate Â鶹´«Ã½s that emphasizes data-based decision making. The new leader is expected to advance a focus on recruiting a Â鶹´«Ã½ population that is diverse in all respects, in accordance with the University’s statement on diversity.
The AVPEM reports directly to the provost and vice president for academic affairs and will work closely with deans and other senior administrative officers, as well as faculty and staff, to facilitate enrollment plans, programs, services, and other related initiatives, including retention and yield efforts. Key partners include the vice president for marketing and strategic communications, vice president for business and finance, vice president for Â鶹´«Ã½ affairs, and dean of the Graduate College. The AVPEM may also work with athletic department personnel to evaluate Â鶹´«Ã½ athletes and on NCAA compliance issues.

Finalists for Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management visiting campus
Two finalist candidates have been selected for the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management position. They will each participate in public presentations beginning Monday, Dec. 2, in Room 2720 Sangren Hall. The dates and times of the presentations are as follows:
