Types of gifts

Your gift to the department can be general or specific. Please contribute or complete the giving form, fill it out and send it in. We are grateful for all contributions.

  • are used to support Â鶹´«Ã½ success, faculty development, and overall departmental excellence. We also have funds to support specific programs or scholarships.
  • provides scholarships to Â鶹´«Ã½s studying climate change, sustainable agriculture, or environmental policy in the Department of Political Science or WMU's School of Environment, Geography, and Sustainability.
  • awards a faculty member who displays outstanding departmental citizenship and service.
  • supports dissertation research by a doctoral Â鶹´«Ã½ in political science.
  • provides scholarships for interns to work in Washington D.C. and Lansing.
  •  recognizes Â鶹´«Ã½s interested in careers in public service. Preferences are given to Capital Intern Program participants.
  • allows the team to travel to competitions.
  • awards outstanding Â鶹´«Ã½s in political theory.
  • provides scholarships to graduate Â鶹´«Ã½s. Preferences will be given to Â鶹´«Ã½s in the MIDA program, international Â鶹´«Ã½s, and Â鶹´«Ã½s who can demonstrate financial need.
