Between March 2007 and August 2024:

• The Mentoring for Success Program has served over 2,000 unique participants.
• The Mentoring for Success Program has employed over 250 Â鶹´«Ã½ employees in the roles of academic mentor, peer mentor, group leader, program assistant, budget analyst, office assistant, and intern.
• The distribution by race among our domestic Â鶹´«Ã½ employees is as follows: White (65.79%), Black or African American (11.18%), Asian (11.18%), multiracial (6.58%), and Hispanic or Latino (5.26%).
• Over 40% of our current and former Â鶹´«Ã½ staff are international Â鶹´«Ã½s; the rest are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
• Including the U.S., 31 countries are represented by our Â鶹´«Ã½ staff, a few of whom hold dual citizenship or identify strongly with their parents' ancestry or country of origin. The countries represented include Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Laos, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Myanmar, Nepal, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Senegal, Slovakia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Togo, and Vietnam.
  • Other heritages represented include Hmong and Puerto Rico.
• The largest groups of international Â鶹´«Ã½ staff are from Malaysia, India, and the Dominican Republic. Together, Â鶹´«Ã½s from these three countries make up almost 25% of our Â鶹´«Ã½ staff.
• Over 60% of our Â鶹´«Ã½ staff identify as female while almost 40% identify as male.
• The following religious backgrounds, as reported by our Â鶹´«Ã½ staff, are represented: (in alphabetical order) Baháʼí Faith, Buddhism, Catholicism, Christianity, Eckankar, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Judaism, Mormonism, Seventh-day Adventists, Shamanism, Shinto, and Taoism.
• The most common first name of staff, including variations, is Catherine. 
• Five sets of siblings have worked here together.
