Chen Wang is an assistant professor of management at Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s Haworth College of Business.
Chen’s research interests primarily lie in workplace relationships and inclusion at work. Through her research, Chen strives to unpack and understand what makes people feel included in their organizations. Her research received top posters award at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Annual Conference and was recognized in the Best Paper Proceedings of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting. Her research has been published in journals including:

Chen has taught a variety of courses including Organizational Behavior, HR Analytics, Total Rewards and Human Resources Management. Before joining WMU, Chen received the Provost Award in recognition of her outstanding teaching at Florida International University.
