Departments should notify both the Â鶹´«Ã½ mail center and human resources when an employee's campus address changes to a new department location and new mail stop code.
To ensure that mail is delivered correctly please:
Fill out a change of address form and submit it to freight, postal and delivery, mail stop: 5347.
Communicate the change to those with whom you correspond.
Mail will be temporarily forwarded to the new location for 30 days. This should allow sufficient time to update human resources and the parties with whom you regularly correspond.
