Dr. Donna Talbot is a Professor of Educational Leadership, Higher Ed at Â鶹´«Ã½, specializing in higher education and Â鶹´«Ã½ affairs leadership. She earned a Ph.D. in administration of college Â鶹´«Ã½ affairs from the University of Maryland-College Park, an Ed.S. in counselor education with a specialty in college personnel administration from the University of Florida, a M.Ed. in special education from Lesley College, and a B.A. in sociology from Amherst College. Dr. Talbot has studies and worked in higher education for over 30 years.

Dr. Talbot teaches, among other courses, equity and diversity in higher education, foundations of Â鶹´«Ã½ affairs and administration, administration and governance in higher education, and teaching for diversity and inclusion in higher education. Her research interests focus on diversity, equity and inclusion in higher education, more specifically focusing on international populations, as well as Asian Americans and Â鶹´«Ã½s with multiple minority identities. Dr. Talbot also researches the experiences of minoritized faculty and staff in higher education.
