The organizational analysis concentration within the Ph.D. in educational leadership program in the Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology at Â鶹´«Ã½ is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills for those who find an institutional specialization unnecessary (i.e., not focused on K-12 or higher education institutions), with a special focus on organizational analysis skills.

Admissions requirements
Masters degree from an accredited institution, indicated on an official transcript.
An overall grade point average of at least 3.0 for all graduate work undertaken beyond the bachelor’s degree.
