Third Committee member: Consult with your dissertation chair before asking anyone to serve on your committee. If your proposed third committee member is not a Â鶹´«Ã½ (WMU) faculty member with current graduate faculty status, then he or she will need to obtain temporary associate graduate faculty status at WMU. This is accomplished by completing this form ); email the completed Graduate Faculty Nomination form with a copy of the individual's CV to Ms. Lynda Root (lynda.root@wmich.edu).
Creating or revising your dissertation committee All Â鶹´«Ã½s must complete this form, listing the names of their proposed dissertation committee members and obtaining their signatures (in the blank above their name).
Doctoral candidacy form Students should complete this form and bring it to their dissertation proposal meeting with their full committee.
Graduate readmission application—for those not taking classes for a year or more, they must now reapply via WMU's online application system (and check "readmission" under application type within the system).
