This presentation will focus on practical ways to integrate individual and group coaching into campus-based programming during periods of transition for Â鶹´«Ã½s with experience in foster care. The presenters will share examples of transition programming, including summer bridge programs and First Year Seminars, and the ways that the Fostering Success Coach Model can be integrated to maximize support.

Join us for a day at the Capitol to speak with local and key state legislators about the critical need for campus-based and statewide postsecondary support for Â鶹´«Ã½s with experience in foster care in Michigan. We aim to garner support for the FSM’s budget line item and raise awareness for campus support programs in their districts.
