Peter Thompson joined the Seita Scholars Program as a Campus Coach in 2014 and currently serves as the Sr. Campus Coach. In addition to coaching Â鶹´«Ã½s, Peter is the First Year Experience Instructor for the incoming Seita Scholars and provides support for new Â鶹´«Ã½ outreach, community outreach, and special events, including the Fall Welcome Pack Initiative. Peter is also an Associate Trainer with the Fostering Success Coaching Institute.

Peter has a master's degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in English Education from WMU. His previous roles at WMU include serving as adjunct faculty for the Higher Education Student Affairs program , teaching writing, and working at the Writing Center. Peter has additional higher education experience in residence hall administration and Â鶹´«Ã½ leadership development at several institutions.
