Services provided by the Global Community Empowerment Center at Â鶹´«Ã½ are delivered to help people and organizations build capacity, create Â鶹´«Ã½, overcome barriers and inspire action to alleviate poverty. Such services follow:

• Conducting program evaluations and needs assessments for organizations that serve low-income populations.
• Researching and publishing scholarly articles and opinion pieces.
• Offering classes and training Â鶹´«Ã½ for individuals and organizations.
• Organizing community discussions and assisting in creating poverty reduction action plans.
