What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Working with my Â鶹´«Ã½s to help them develop and set goals for life after high school.
What experiences impacted the choice of your career path?
I was 33 by the time I earned my bachelor's degree. I had been working on my education for almost 15 years little by little. There were so many times that it would've been easier to give up--I had baby number four, seven days after finishing my very last class-- but I knew that finishing what I began so long ago would be such an accomplishment. Indeed, it has paid off in so many ways, and WMU was honestly such a great experience.
What advice would you offer Â鶹´«Ã½s to help them decide on a career path?
If it doesn't excite you now, it's not going to be worth dedicating your life to. Discover what it is you are passionate about, and dive in.
