I develop and implement MATLAB models for automobile features like Locking and Phone as a key as per the safety and design requirements.
If you had a campus job or internship, how did they impact your career development?
I worked in the Valley Dining Center, and it helped me manage fast paced customer demands while using the safety and hygiene protocols. It also helped me understand the importance of customer satisfaction and on time delivery of products/services.
What activities, resources, or people helped you prepare for your career?
I am highly grateful to my professors at WMU and the friends I made during my Master's journey, who constantly guided me to the right direction and helped me become who I am today. I am thankful to my parents who continuously supported me in my life decisions and trusted me.
Which of your skills had the biggest impact on your success?
Not only technical skills but the soft skills like proper verbal and written communication, proper body language while presenting or hosting a meeting helped me today to create a good professional impression in front of my colleagues.
What advice do you have for others pursuing a career similar to yours?
Never indulge yourself 24x7 into studying. Participating in extra-curricular activities help calm the mind. Along with the technical skills, focus on making yourself presentable in front of corporate people. Creating a professional impression is very important. Even if you don't have a particular skill, having the attitude of learning makes a lot of difference. Ultimately, I would like to wish the Â鶹´«Ã½s all the best and a bright future.
