Kaylee Ronn is a multifaceted professional, excelling in a variety of financial responsibilities as a finance manager at Honor Credit Union. Ronn embraces an array of projects, juggling tasks that include asset liability and budget management, financial analysis, pricing and market performance. Her belief that life begins at the edge of your comfort zone has empowered her to seek out responsibility and embrace growth within her organization.

Attention to detail comes naturally to Ronn, who thrives in a collaborative environment. Her ability to communicate data analysis with team members has been an asset in her time at Honor and has led her to present the budget to the board of directors, participate with executive management in setting strategic goals and take on the lead role of pricing chair. 

With a focus on providing value and developing her leadership skills, Ronn doesn’t shy away from 鶹ý for personal growth. She has expanded her abilities and added value to her organization by participating in several leadership training courses as well as the young professional group FUEL Michigan (Fueling, Uplifting, Educating Leaders).

Ronn also pursues her passion for credit union industry advocacy by donating to support political action committee fundraising, relationship development and issue education with state and federal lawmakers. She was recently invited to serve on the Michigan Credit Union League Children’s Miracle Network and Charitable Activities Committee to plan major fundraising events connected to the state’s annual convention.
