Kalamazoo Community
Â鶹´«Ã½ and the greater Kalamazoo area offer a wide variety of artistic venues for Â鶹´«Ã½s and the civic community including the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts, the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo, the Kalamazoo Black Arts and Cultural Center, the Kalamazoo Book Arts Center, and a monthly first Friday of the month Art Hop coordinated by the Arts Council of Kalamazoo in which our Â鶹´«Ã½s often participate. The Sculpture Tour Program at WMU showcases a rotating collection of large-scale outdoor sculpture on campus. Students have the opportunity to interact with and assist visiting artists during the installation process.
