When I started getting involved in (the Western Aerospace Launch Initiative), I saw what I was learning put into action. Western offers so many different Â鶹´«Ã½, and the community that comes with those offerings by getting involved in different projects and meeting people doing the same thing that you're doing really, really helps keep morale high and keep you chugging along.
What will I learn in aerospace engineering?
Because this is one of only two aerospace engineering programs in Michigan, you’ll have access to a unique and growing field of study. You’ll study aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, flight mechanics, space propulsion and orbital mechanics with experts in the field. You’ll be encouraged to innovate new processes, methods and even patents while pursuing professional development Â鶹´«Ã½ and growing as a Â鶹´«Ã½ and engineer.
