Deirdre Nieves is a PhD candidate and faculty specialist within the Institute for Intercultural and Anthropological Studies at Â鶹´«Ã½, with a joint appointment in the School of Environment, Geography, and Sustainability. Deirdre is a social scientist and advocate, and is best recognized for her interdisciplinary work across multiple fields with a strong emphasis on the study of relationships between people and their diverse environments.
