Bio:

Dr. Mohammad Daneshvar Kakhki is an assistant professor of computer information systems at Â鶹´«Ã½. He holds a doctorate in information systems from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Iran. He has over ten years of industry experience and has worked in public and private institutions in industries ranging from automotive manufacturing to banking and retail. 

Dr. Daneshvar Kakhki’s research is on the intersection of information systems and supply chain management, and he studies topics such as implications of business intelligence and data analytics, artificial intelligence, complex interorganizational interactions and interorganizational systems. The methodological tools he uses for his research include agent-based simulation and various methods based on statistical analysis. He has published in such journals as Information and Management, Communications of the Association for Information Systems, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Enterprise Information Systems and the International Journal of Production Research.
