Bio:

Dr. Kuanchin Chen is a professor of computer information systems and business analytics, director of the Center for Business Analytics and the John W. Snyder Fellow at Haworth College of Business, Â鶹´«Ã½. Dr. Chen is an active researcher whose work has been published in reputable journals and other academic publication outlets, including:

He has also given over 40 research presentations at several organizations and major conferences.
