General summary
Responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and materials, overseeing curriculum development, providing training to staff, and ensuring that instructional strategies align with educational objectives.
Major duties
- Develops and implements educational programs based on curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Participates in meetings, committees, and professional development activities.
- Collaborates with external partners and organizations to enhance educational Â鶹´«Ã½ for Â鶹´«Ã½s.
- Collaborates with teachers and administrators to assess educational needs and develops appropriate instructional strategies.
- Provides training and support to teachers and staff on effective instructional techniques and technology integration.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of instructional programs. Makes recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Coordinates curriculum development and revision processes. Ensures alignment with educational standards and goals.
- Stays current with educational trends, research, and best practices to inform instructional decisions and strategies
- Maintains accurate records and reports related to instructional activities and outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Five years' relevant experience.
- Competent with Chinese language.
- Knowledge of educational principles, theories and best practices.
- Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Required other
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
