General summary

Coordinates course evaluation process for articulation agreements and maintains database of partnerships and partner contacts. Assists department leadership with agreement process.

Major duties

  • Coordinates course evaluation process for articulation agreements, including liaising with advisors and faculty and documenting approvals. Tracks and manages timely updating of expired articulation programs.
  • Works with international partners and academic advisors regarding credit transfer issues for international Â鶹´«Ã½s.
  • Assists department leadership with partnership development and agreement process as needed, including drafting template agreements, and inputting and monitoring agreement approvals.
  • Collaborates with department marketing to develop materials and promotional events for partnerships initiatives.
  • Maintains webpages and databases of partnerships and contacts. Provides partnership reports as requested.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.

Required education

  • Associate's degree or two years' college coursework in a related field from an accredited institution.

Required experience

  • One year's relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Physical requirements

Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.

Working conditions

Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
