Dr. Wilson (Bill) Warren is a professor in the Department of History at Â鶹´«Ã½.
His course offerings include HIST4245 - American Food History and Culture, HIST4940 - Teaching Methods for Secondary Schools, and several courses in other areas of modern U.S. history.
Warren’s research focuses on the meat industry as well as history education. His most recent book on the meat industry is . Iowa City: University of Iowa Press, 2018. His most recent book on history education is , co-authored with Gordon Andrews and James Cousins. New York: Routledge, 2016.
