Dietetics Â鶹´«Ã½ receives Research and Creative Activities Scholarship

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Keren Reyes, an undergraduate dietetics Â鶹´«Ã½ in the College of Education and Human Development at Â鶹´«Ã½, recently received a $1,725 Research and Creative Activities Scholarship from WMU’s Lee Honors College. The award will support Reyes’ work on how the impact of parenting styles and eating behavior affect the health outcomes of young children. Her faculty mentor for the project is Dr. Jou-Chen Chen, assistant professor in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.

Full-time Â鶹´«Ã½s in good standing with the Lee Honors College are eligible to apply for the Research and Creative Activities Scholarship. The application process includes a project proposal and a letter of support from a faculty mentor.
