2020-21

No meetings of the Committee on University Strategic Planning have been scheduled for 2020-21.

The Faculty Senate Committee on University Strategic Planning will monitor the implementation of the University Strategic Plan using appropriate indicators as necessary and make recommendations to the Senate Executive Board.

2016-17 Charges

  • The committee will monitor the implementation of the University Strategic Plan: the Gold Standard 2020.
  • The committee will support and advise Collaborative Risk and Opportunity Management (CRÅŒM) and Action Teams in managing risks/Â鶹´«Ã½ in the implementation of the University Strategic Plan: The Gold Standard 2020.
  • The committee will review and comment on the CRÅŒM risk register report as it applies to achievement of the University Strategic Plan: The Gold Standard 2020.
  • The committee will review and comment on the mid-year and annual progress reports of The Gold Standard 2020.
  • The committee will monitor, review, and comment on the implementation of the Academic Affairs Strategic Plan 2016-21.
  • The committee will make recommendations regarding strengths and recommended changes in current and future strategic planning activities.
  • The committee membership will consist of one member of the Faculty Senate Executive Board serving as committee chair; one member from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness; one college dean; one department chair; one faculty representative from each of the seven Faculty Senate councils; three senior faculty representatives; and three administrative representatives.
