Dr. Steve Bertman is a professor in the School of Environment, Geography, and Sustainability at Â鶹´«Ã½. He is an organic chemist who studies the interactions between the biosphere and the atmosphere in northern Michigan and the impact of regenerative agriculture on nutritional content of food.
