Student Application for Articulated CTE Credit

After Â鶹´«Ã½s are admitted to WMU and declare a major in the College of Education and Human Development, they may apply for up to 6 department credits for their high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses that align with our academic programs.

HOW TO APPLY

Applying is a three-step process:

  1. The Â鶹´«Ã½ contacts their CTE program to fill out the School Verification for Student Application for Articulated CTE Credit form to verify the Â鶹´«Ã½'s CTE credits. 
  2. The school (instructor/counselor/administrator) fills out the School Verification for Student Application for Articulated CTE Credit form on behalf of the Â鶹´«Ã½.
  3. The Â鶹´«Ã½ applying for CTE credit fills out the Student Application for Articulated CTE Credit form (below).

The WIN is the 9 digit number found on the back of your Â鶹´«Ã½ ID or your on acceptance letter.
Please include dates completed of each course. Use MM/DD/YYYY format.
Select the WMU College of Education and Human Development major you plan to pursue.
CTE Contact
Information for your CTE contact person (instructor, principal, director or administrator).

I hereby certify that the above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to contact my CTE contact person listed above and ask them to complete the school verification form. I understand that my application for CTE credit will not be reviewed or considered complete until both forms are received by WMU.
