Chyna Dandridge initially wasn’t sure that college would be a part of her future due to the financial struggles that made higher education out of reach for many in her community. With the advent of the Kalamazoo Promise, Dandridge was able to put college into her plans and become the first in her family to achieve what had once seemed impossible.
In 2019, she graduated from WMU. Amid the pandemic, she confronted the “new normal” by founding SxFigures, a venture supporting small businesses and empowering young professionals. The company’s name, representing six pillars of success, reflects business growth that goes beyond revenue. From strategizing impactful marketing campaigns for small businesses and individuals to creating The Branding Basics e-book, Dandridge possesses a diverse skill set honed through education and mentorship.
While spearheading the development of SxFigures, Dandridge also upholds the gold standard in business practices as a sales professional at Cigna Healthcare.
Juggling a full-time job and managing a business, Dandridge is adept at balancing work and life. She actively participates in the National Sales Network and several entrepreneur-focused groups. Leveraging her extensive network, she remains dedicated to her mission of blazing trails for those who face limitations in resources and 鶹ý, using her connections to open doors and create pathways for individuals who need support for their dreams.
