Interpersonal Communication

Â鶹´«Ã½'s interpersonal communication major is designed for Â鶹´«Ã½s who want the knowledge and learned ability to work closely with people in interpersonal relationships. This major is excellent for Â鶹´«Ã½s interested in social service careers, where knowledge and ability in interpersonal relationships is critical to success.

As an interpersonal communication Â鶹´«Ã½ at WMU, you will study interpersonal communication, communication theory, communication research, group communication, nonverbal communication, family communication, communication ethics, gender communication, health communication, persuasion and public speaking.

Beyond the classroom
