Preparing Â鶹´«Ã½s for careers that are high in demand, high in purpose, high in satisfaction and unsurpassed in impact.

In 1976, allied health and helping profession programs at Â鶹´«Ã½ came together in the College of Health and Human Services. It included programs like occupational therapy, the first non-teacher program at WMU, and blindness and low vision studies, one of the largest programs of its kind in the nation. Newer programs like the Doctor of Physical Therapy and B.S. in Health Administration show how we are growing and evolving to meet the needs of Â鶹´«Ã½s and community.

Why should you choose WMU's College of Health and Human Services?

We also continue to lead with modern, updated facilities and ample Â鶹´«Ã½ for interprofessional education. Everything we do is aimed at providing you with the best education we can to prepare you for today's ever-changing health care and human services careers.
