I am responsible for the administration, implementation, and promotion of Â鶹´«Ã½ development programs designed to foster Â鶹´«Ã½ engagement and leadership and support Â鶹´«Ã½ retention.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Working with my Â鶹´«Ã½s to help them develop and set goals for life after high school. 

What activities, resources, or people helped you prepare for your career?

I love working with young people; I have always wanted find ways to impact people lives. I had few teachers that really made a strong impact on me when I was young.

What advice would you offer Â鶹´«Ã½s wanting a career similar to yours?

Get involved in a high school setting while still in college. Build a network while working at the school. Like they say, sometimes it's not what you know but who you know.
