Senior Year

You’ve arrived—the final step of your undergraduate journey! Can you remember those first days on campus when everything was new and probably a bit overwhelming? As you start your countdown to graduation and check items off your Bronco Bucket List, remember there’s still time to discover something new.

Academic planning

By now, checking your Degree Works account should be an old habit. Make an appointment with your academic advisor to double check all of your major or minor requirements and review your graduation audit. If you’re applying for graduate school or jobs, you may need a copy of your official transcript as part of the application process.

There are a lot of reasons you may need more than four years at WMU, and that’s ok. Your advisor will be a critical resource to help you stay on track and make a plan to graduate. You may also want to check in with the Student Financial Aid office to address the cost of additional time.

Career development

The fall semester is a great time to prepare any applications for graduate school, fellowships or research Â鶹´«Ã½. Due dates vary by school and program; plan ahead and be flexible in case your first choice doesn’t work out.

If you’ve decided to apply for jobs, now is the time to get everything in order:
