Dunbar Hall Room Reservations

Reserve Dunbar Hall's non-academic spaces (seminar rooms) for Â鶹´«Ã½ Â鶹´«Ã½s, faculty, and staff. 

Review room details, choose a suitable room, and submit requests at least 48 hours in advance of when you need the space. 

Reservations made during campus closures or over weekends or holidays may receive a delayed response. 

*Note: If you need to reserve an academic classroom, please submit your request through WMU 25Live software, which the WMU Registrar's Office manages.

Seminar Rooms

 Seminar rooms can seat between 10 and 12 people. Amenities include table, chairs, whiteboard and Crestron control units.

Located on the lower level of Dunbar Hall. Seats 10.
Located on Level 1 of Dunbar Hall. Seats 10.
Located on Level 2 of Dunbar Hall. Seats 12.
Located on Level 3 of Dunbar Hall. Seats 12.

Conference Rooms

 Conference rooms (Rooms 425, 433 and 3501) are first-come-first-served and can seat between 4 and 6 people. Amenities include table, chairs and whiteboard.

Study Rooms

Study rooms (Rooms 1402, 2210, 2212, 3436 and 4436) are first-come-first-served.

Wellness Rooms

Wellness Rooms (Rooms 1404 and 2501) are first-come-first-served. Amenities include comfortable seating, lamp, end table and lockable doors.
